THE ROLE
We are looking for a passionate Trade Planning & Activation Coordinator to join our company. As a Trade Planning & Activation Coordinator in this role, your responsibilities will include:

• Develop Cycle Calendar per customer/trade segment to support brand initiatives
• Develop trade incentive schemes to meet brand/business objectives using the existing budget
• Develop trade communication Materials to support initiatives (POS Material/field force )
• Monitor, evaluate and adapt planned activities based on key learnings
• Support bottom-up investment development based on business needs
• Understand market and consumer trends
• Understand market segmentation
• Understand competition activation
• Come up with actionable insights

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor degree in Economics/ Marketing/ Management
• 2-3 years experience in trade marketing or sales (Preferably within an FMCG company)
• Experience in working with digital platforms and content management software would be considered an asset
• Fluent in English
• Excellent PC skills
• Flexible and dynamic person with teamwork capabilities
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Good understanding of trade environment and market place
• Very strong organizational skills & able to operate dynamic environment
• Willing to travel internationally
